925 silver, also known as sterling silver, is made of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% alloy (usually copper). This combination adds strength to the metal while maintaining its beautiful shine and purity.

Absolutely! All our pieces are crafted from certified 925 sterling silver. All items are also 925 Stamped to ensure authenticity.

We usually process and ship all orders within 2-3 business days of receiving them. Once your order is shipped, you will receive notifications via SMS, email, and WhatsApp with details of the delivery partner and your tracking ID. We are committed to providing a smooth and timely delivery experience and are here to assist with any inquiries you may have regarding your order’s status. 

It may take up to 48 hours for us to process your order after confirmation. Once your order is shipped, most deliveries are completed within 4 to 6 business days, depending on your location. You will receive SMS, email, and WhatsApp notifications once the order is shipped.

We have 7 days return policy for the reasons below:

• Size or Fitness issue
• Did not like the quality/design
• Received a damage product
• Wrong product received

Note:

• The product damaged or tarnished due to usage cannot be returned
• Items must be returned in their original packing.
• Arika Jewellers reserves the right to process refunds after checking the returned items.
• No returns will be accepted after 7 days.

To return the product:

• Write to us at care@arikajewellers.in  or WhatsApp us on 8450005969, if you wish to return the product.
• Please attach the product images and unboxing video with the message.
• After QC, A reverse pick will be arranged for you from our side thereafter.
• Reverse pick up takes about 72 hours and once it is done, your refund will be initiated.

Note: It may take 6-7 working days for the refund to be processed.
